Job summary

CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking an experienced Scheduling Professional to support tender preparation at HQ and later deploy to project sites after contract award. You will review specifications, develop detailed project programmes, and optimise resources for tenders.

The role requires 10+ years of scheduling experience, with strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and deep knowledge of construction sequencing for multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in development and management of project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for project planning and scheduling.
• Competent in planning, organising, and controlling work programmes, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing for building, civil and infrastructure works.

Responsibilities

• The position will be initially based at Headquarters (HQ) to support tender preparation and submission, and will be deployed to the project site upon successful award of the contract.

• Identify potential programme risks and uncertainties that may affect project timelines and deliverables, and propose mitigation and recovery measures.
• Prepare and support tender interview / presentation slides related to the project programme.
