Job summary

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Operations Planning at National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (NHG) supports the Chief Operating Officer in driving strategy implementation and operational effectiveness across NHG Community Health.

This role translates complex operational data into insights to inform senior leaders, shaping capacity planning and resource allocation while ensuring visibility to plan with confidence for care delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; healthcare/public policy or data analytics background advantageous.
1–3 years in operations, planning, strategy or coordination; healthcare/public sector experience is a bonus.
Strong administrative, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze organisational performance and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Develop planning frameworks and decision-support tools to anticipate demand.
Coordinate division-wide initiatives and governance frameworks for resource planning.
Build planning tools and materials to support senior leadership decisions.
Support leadership platforms with meeting coordination, deliverables tracking and follow-through.
