Job summary

BUILDBRIDGE PARTNERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Construction Planning Engineer to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, programmes, and progress reports for ongoing building projects.

You will monitor progress, coordinate with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors to gather updates, and prepare baseline and look-ahead schedules to keep projects on track. Ideal candidates have a civil engineering or construction management background and are proficient

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
Experience in planning for construction projects, preferably with a main contractor.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules, programmes and progress reports.
Monitor progress against the approved programme and flag delays.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors for updates.
Prepare baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules and progress updates.
Analyse delays, identify critical paths and suggest recovery measures.
Track milestones, manpower, materials and construction activities.
Assist teams in mitigation planning to minimise delays.
Prepare reports and presentations for project meetings.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper sequencing of activities.
Maintain accurate planning records and provide timely status updates.
