Job summary

INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Planner to coordinate demand, production schedules and supply chain activities for assigned customers from its Singapore office. You will communicate delivery commitments, resolve issues, and drive efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's in SCM and at least 2 years' relevant experience; proficiency in Excel and SAP/MRP is preferred; strong teamwork and ability to perform under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned customer accounts, managing planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring effective issue resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide customers with regular and ad hoc updates on production schedules, order status, and delivery timelines.
• Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying gaps and supporting root cause analysis for performance deviations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure fulfilment of customer delivery requirements.

Working location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

Work Schedule:

1. Normal shift

Monday till Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Work Arrangement: Office-based

2. Weekend Support

Wednesday till Sunday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Work Arrangement:

• Office-based: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Work From Home (WFH): Saturday and Sunday
• While working from home is allowed, attendance at the office will be required when necessary.

• Successful candidates are required to undergo a 3-month training programme from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM at the office before transitioning to the permanent shift schedule.

The Planner is responsible for coordinating customer demand, production schedules, and supply chain activities to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This role serves as the key point of contact for assigned customers, proactively managing delivery commitments, resolving supply issues, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
