Job summary

SASCO SENIOR CITIZENS' HOME is seeking a qualified physiotherapist to deliver client-centred services in home and community settings in Singapore. The role focuses on mobility, independence, and quality of life, with opportunities to supervise therapy assistants and participate in student placements.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, design evidence-based intervention plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safe mobility and fall prevention.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Full Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conference, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants.
• Participate in clinical student placement.
• Participate in internal training.
• Provide service to various settings (e.g. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent
