Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Physiotherapist to assess and treat clients across diverse settings in Singapore.

You will develop individualized intervention plans, educate clients and caregivers, and document progress for case reviews. Responsibilities include supervising therapy assistants, participating in student placements, and engaging in internal training to support Home Rehab, Community Rehab (CR), Care Homes (CH), and Nursing Homes (NH).

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (Singapore)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conferences, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants.
• Participate in clinical student placement.
• Participate in internal training to provide service to various settings (e.g., Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent.

Working Days: Mon - Fri | 8.30am - 6pm

Working Location: West Coast (Clementi MRT) / Bedok
