Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalised intervention plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and function. This full-time role is based near Alexandra Rd (Labrator Park MRT) with Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6pm.

You will document progress, educate clients and caregivers, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across home rehab and clinical settings. Registration with AHP could be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy as required.
• Must be fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.
• Clinical competencies in assessment, treatment planning and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conference, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants
• Participate in clinical student placement
• Participate in internal training
• To provide service to various settings (eg. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent
