Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Physiotherapist to assess clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status and to develop personalised intervention plans.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance and safe movement across home rehabilitation and facility settings. Working days are Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6pm, at West Coast (Clementi MRT) or Bedok. Applicants should hold a Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy and be fully registered with the Allied Health

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy.
• Full Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conference, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants
• Participate in clinical student placement
• Participate in internal training
• To provide service to various settings (eg. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent

Education

Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy

Full Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore

Salary: $4000 - $5500
