MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver client-centred care in home and community settings across Singapore. The role focuses on improving mobility, independence and quality of life through tailored assessments and individualized treatment plans.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, provide education to clients and caregivers, and supervise therapy staff. Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy.
• Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsabilités

• Provide client-centred physiotherapy in home and community settings to improve mobility, independence and quality of life.
• Conduct assessments of clients’ physical, functional and mobility needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance and mobility.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercises, fall prevention and safe mobility techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Participate in case conferences, community outreach and health promotion programmes.
• Supervise therapy assistants and support clinical student placements.
• Provide physiotherapy services across Home Rehab, Community Rehabilitation, Community Hospital and Nursing Homes.

We have partnered up with various well-established institutions in the healthcare industry that are on a lookout for Physiotherapist / Senior Physiotherapist!

Key responsibilities:

• Provide client-centred physiotherapy in home and community settings to improve mobility, independence and quality of life.
• Conduct assessments of clients’ physical, functional and mobility needs.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance and mobility.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercises, fall prevention and safe mobility techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Participate in case conferences, community outreach and health promotion programmes.
• Supervise therapy assistants and support clinical student placements.
• Participate in internal training and provide physiotherapy services across different settings, such as Home Rehab, Community Rehabilitation, Community Hospital and Nursing Homes, based on competency.

Qualifications and Skilled Required

• Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
• Fully Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore
