Job summary

Singapore Telecommunications Limited is seeking a Manager, Product Marketing for the Phone Plan portfolio in Singapore. You will own the plan’s strategy, P&L, and lifecycle, while aligning with market developments to keep propositions competitive.

You will drive go-to-market execution, collaborate with Sales, IT and Operations, and develop campaigns to boost postpaid ARPU and subscriber growth. A strong background in product marketing and stakeholder management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Development.
• Proven competence in project management and marketing.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution bias.
• Strong strategic communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to multitask, analyze information, and identify outcomes.
• Independent with initiative and proactive work style.

Responsibilities

• Own the Phone Plan product, including P&L and policy docs.
• Manage reporting and analyze key drivers and product performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Support price plan portfolio across strategy, GTM, operations and lifecycle.
• Benchmark competitive landscape and evolve policies.
• Brief Sales, IT and Operations on products, policies, FAQs and waivers.
• Design campaigns using market insights to drive sales and ARPU.
• Develop business cases for new projects and evaluate cannibalisation.
