CRAWFURD MEDICAL CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a clinic assistant with hands-on phlebotomy duties and strong patient communication to support doctors and nurses.

You will perform blood draws, assist with basic procedures, handle patient registration and clinic administration, and contribute to a smooth, efficient clinic flow in a fast-paced environment. The role involves maintaining sterile technique, coordinating with the care team, and supporting on-site events.

Qualificações

• Able to work in a fast-paced clinic.
• Proficient in phlebotomy with blood draws.
• Certificate in Phlebotomy required; IV cannulation advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Perform phlebotomy procedures in-clinic and at events.
• Support doctors during consultations and procedures.
• Assist with ECG, dressings, nebulizers, and minor treatments.
• Assist in audiometry, spirometry, treadmill tests, and basic exams.
• Handle patient registration, triage, billing, and dispensing.
• Liaise with patients and external clients for smooth communication.
• Assist with admin tasks: reports, claims, inventory.
• Maintain clinic facilities and daily settlement data entry.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by supervisor.
