Job summary

Raffles Medical Group in Singapore is seeking experienced Phlebotomists to support our health screening centres and clinics. You will perform phlebotomy procedures, ensure patient identification, label specimens, and assist with basic clinical and administrative duties to keep daily operations smooth and patients comfortable.

You'll work with nurses and clinic staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment, maintaining infection control standards and accurate records while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Possess a recognised certificate or relevant training in Phlebotomy.
• Prior hands-on phlebotomy experience is required.
• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Experience in a clinic, health screening centre, hospital or healthcare setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy procedures in a safe, accurate and professional manner.
• Ensure proper patient identification prior to blood collection.
• Label and handle blood specimens accurately in accordance with procedures.
• Support basic health screening measurements such as height, weight and blood pressure.
• Provide good patient service and ensure patient comfort throughout the procedure.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Support basic administrative duties such as document scanning and filing.
• Work closely with nurses and clinic staff to support daily operations.
• Maintain infection control, safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or Head of Department.
