Kingston Medical Clinic Pte Ltd is a fast-paced health screening clinic in Singapore hiring Clinic Assistants who will progress to Phlebotomists through in-house training. You will support daily clinic operations, interact with patients, help arrange tests, and maintain records in a busy healthcare setting.

As the role evolves, you will undergo structured training to handle phlebotomy tasks and gain licensure, with salary adjustments expected after certification.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board, with a valid Practising Certificate.
• Nursing qualification recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board for Registered Nurse.
• Healthcare qualifications or relevant work experience; training provided for suitable candidates.
• Ability to communicate in additional languages to assist diverse patient groups.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care and assist doctors with consultations, examinations and procedures.
• Perform blood taking, administer vaccinations and medications, within your scope.
• Conduct health screening assessments, including vital signs and measurements.
• Prepare patients for examinations and explain procedures and follow‑up instructions.
• Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, payments and enquiries.
• Coordinate patient flow and support the team in delivering timely and professional service.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Prepare consultation and treatment rooms, maintain medical supplies and equipment.
• Follow infection prevention, workplace safety and clinical protocols.
• Assist with other clinic duties as assigned.
