Job summary

Raffles Medical Group in Singapore is seeking experienced phlebotomists to support its health screening centres and clinics. You will perform phlebotomy procedures, ensure proper patient identification, and maintain accurate specimen handling and documentation.

Working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, you will assist with basic clinical duties and patient support, collaborate with nurses and staff, and uphold infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate or relevant training in Phlebotomy.
• Hands-on phlebotomy experience required.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy procedures safely and accurately.
• Identify patients correctly prior to blood collection.
• Label and handle specimens per procedures.
• Support health screening measurements (height, weight, blood pressure).
• Provide patient service and comfort throughout procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with document scanning, filing and data collation.
• Collaborate with nurses and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold infection control, safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor.
