Job summary

NTUC Foundation in Singapore seeks a seasoned philanthropy professional to manage grants, donors and stakeholders, ensuring accountability and sustained collaboration.

You will coordinate meetings and events, prepare briefs, talking points and media comments, and provide staffing support to representatives. You will also support charity and impact campaigns through tight internal coordination and precise execution.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in philanthropy, non-profit management, or CSR with strong organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop programmes for foundations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders, government agencies, and community partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Account management of grant recipients, donors, and stakeholders, ensuring accountability and long-term collaboration.
• Coordinate and prepare for key meetings and events, and provide staffing support to representatives; prepare event briefs, media commentaries, talking points.
• Support the implementation of charity and impact campaigns, including internal coordination.
