Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Pharmacy Assistant/Pharmacy Technician for outpatient duties at the West side polyclinics. You will handle prescriptions, dispensing, stock management and ward assistance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or CPTC certification.
• Experience as Pharmacy Assistant/Pharmacy Technician in outpatient settings.
• Any clinic exposure is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process medication orders for inpatient and outpatient.
• Pick, pack and label according to SOPs.
• Perform billing functions and maintain ward/pharmacy areas.
• Ensure FEFO storage and stock correctness in wards.
• Repack and perform periodic stock counts as per SOPs.
• Dispense medications to patients per policies and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process medication orders/prescriptions for both inpatient and outpatient


• Picking, packing and labelling in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines and department standard operating procedures


• Perform billing functions


• Maintain the cleanliness of the pharmacy and ward areas where drugs are stored


• Ensure stocks are stocked up properly and tidily according to First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) requirement and stipulated storage condition


• Perform topping up of omnicell ward stock in the respective wards


• Ensure correct receiving of goods


• Secondary repackaging/redressing


• Carry out cycle counts and stock takes periodically according to SOPs


• Dispensing of medications to patients in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines and department standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science OR Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC)


• Pharmacy Assistant / Pharmacy Technician experience in outpatient pharmacy settings


• Any clinic experience will be a strong advantage
