Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to join our established public healthcare client in Singapore.

The role involves processing medication orders, tele-consult patient counseling under pharmacist supervision, and maintaining stock and billing functions. Training will be provided as part of the onboarding process. The position offers 5.5 days office hours, with additional annual AWS and PB up to 4 months, and opportunities to contribute to daily operations and patient care

Qualifications

• Diploma in a Pharmaceutical Science required.
• Service-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in a similar role will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing medication orders, including typing, packing, labelling, and distribution.
• Perform billing functions to ensure cost and revenue recovery.
• Counsel patients on medicines via tele-consult under pharmacist supervision.
• Monitor and maintain drug inventory levels.
• Receive, check, and verify deliveries against documents.
• Perform stock receipts and issues following FIFO procedures.
• Provide quality customer service to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and prepare for daily operations.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff.
