Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in pharmacy or medication-related operations.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office; strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process medication orders and prescriptions, including stock receiving, checking, picking, packing and quality checks.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and operations, including replenishment, stock counts, billing, housekeeping and consumables.
• Coordinate medication deliveries and support IT/automation initiatives, staff training and other operational duties as required.
