Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician from the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Experience in medication delivery, pharmacy automation, or outpatient pharmacy operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound stock receiving, checking, repacking, and medication order processing.
• Perform quality checks, picking, packing, and preparation of medications for delivery.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stock takes.
• Coordinate medication deliveries to healthcare institutions and patients.
• Support pharmacy automation, IT systems, quality improvement, and operational initiatives.
• Assist with staff training and other ad-hoc operational duties.
