Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pharmacy Operations professional to support daily pharmacy workflows in Singapore.

You will process medication orders, maintain inventory, and ensure accurate stock handling and billing as part of a focused team. Responsibilities include managing replenishment, coordinating deliveries, and contributing to IT/automation projects to improve efficiency and service quality in the pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or certificate in Pharmacy Technician (PS Singapore).
• 1–2 years of healthcare or pharmacy operations experience.
• Experience in medication delivery or outpatient pharmacy operations is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process medication orders and prescriptions, including stock receiving, checking, picking, packing and quality checks.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and operations, including replenishment, stock counts, billing, housekeeping and pharmacy consumables.
• Coordinate medication deliveries and support IT/automation implementation, staff training and other operational duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Process medication orders and prescriptions, including stock receiving, checking, picking, packing and quality checks

• Manage pharmacy inventory and operations, including replenishment, stock counts, billing, housekeeping and pharmacy consumables

• Coordinate medication deliveries and support pharmacy improvement initiatives, IT/automation implementation, staff training and other operational duties as required
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course by the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore, or equivalent

• 1–2 years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in pharmacy or medication-related operations

• Experience in medication delivery, pharmacy automation or outpatient pharmacy operations will be an advantage

• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office, with good organisational and problem-solving skills

• Proactive, motivated and resourceful with good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
