Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pharmacy Operations professional to support daily pharmacy workflows in Singapore.

You will process medication orders, maintain inventory, and ensure accurate stock handling and billing as part of a focused team. Responsibilities include managing replenishment, coordinating deliveries, and contributing to IT/automation projects to improve efficiency and service quality in the pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or certificate in Pharmacy Technician (PS Singapore).
1–2 years of healthcare or pharmacy operations experience.
Experience in medication delivery or outpatient pharmacy operations is an advantage.
Good knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Process medication orders and prescriptions, including stock receiving, checking, picking, packing and quality checks.
Manage pharmacy inventory and operations, including replenishment, stock counts, billing, housekeeping and pharmacy consumables.
Coordinate medication deliveries and support IT/automation implementation, staff training and other operational duties.
