Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or diploma holder to receive, check, repack and manage pharmacy stock, and to process prescriptions with quality checks before packing for delivery.

You will coordinate deliveries, assist with pharmacy automation and daily operations, and participate in staff training and quality improvement projects. The role requires 1–2 years of healthcare or pharmacy experience and knowledge of inventory systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of healthcare or pharmacy experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, repack and manage pharmacy stock and medication orders.
• Process prescriptions and perform quality checks before packing for delivery.
• Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, cycle counts and stock take.
• Coordinate medication deliveries and handle any delivery-related issues.
• Support pharmacy automation, IT systems and quality improvement projects.
• Assist with staff training and daily pharmacy operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
