Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support daily operations across our clinics.

You will assist pharmacists with dispensing, maintain records, and ensure medication storage and hygiene standards in a busy retail pharmacy environment. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience, is willing to learn chemotherapy compounding, and can rotate across clinics per the duty roster.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience.
• Willingness to learn chemotherapy compounding.
• Able to rotate across different clinics based on the duty roster.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and dispensing activities.
• Prepare and handle medications according to established procedures and safety standards.
• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and other pharmacy-related duties.
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation.
• Ensure medications and pharmacy supplies are properly stored and organised.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pharmacy and work areas.
• Be willing to learn and assist with chemotherapy compounding.
• Rotate across the company's clinics according to the duty roster.
• Communicate with patients and provide assistance when required.
• Perform other pharmacy-related duties as assigned.

Salary: $2500 - $3,000 + AWS + VB
Working Days: 5.5 days per week, alternate Saturday
Location: Rotate across different clinics based on the duty roster

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Alternate Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm
