Job summary

StaffKing Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant to support the Pharmacist in day-to-day operations at the Central area clinics. You will assist with dispensing, chemotherapy preparation, supplier liaison, and inventory control across two locations.

The role requires a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or related field, at least 2 years of experience, and willingness to rotate between clinic sites in the Central area. On-site, full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical compounding will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Willing to rotate between clinic locations in the Central area.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist with day-to-day pharmacy operations and activities.
• Prepare and handle the dilution and reconstitution of IV chemotherapy and immunotherapy medications in accordance with established procedures.
• Dispense medications and supportive therapies to cancer patients accurately and safely.
• Liaise with suppliers on medication purchasing, procurement and stock availability.
• Manage inventory for two clinic locations, including monthly stock takes and regular inventory checks.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Pharmacist.
• Handle cashiering and payment-related duties.
• Maintain a clean, organised and tidy pharmacy work area at all times.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
