Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support day-to-day operations of cancer care facilities across Farrer Park, Novena and Orchard.

You will assist with dispensing, stock management, IV compounding support, and administrative tasks under pharmacist supervision. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, with experience in pharmaceutical compounding; familiarity with chemotherapy or immunotherapy preparation is preferred, but willingness to learn is

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in pharmaceutical compounding is a plus.
• Experience in chemotherapy or immunotherapy compounding is preferred, but candidates who are willing to learn will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with day-to-day pharmacy operations and administrative duties.
• Support the preparation, dilution and reconstitution of IV chemotherapy and immunotherapy medications in accordance with established procedures.
• Dispense medications and supportive medicines to cancer patients under the supervision of the pharmacist.
• Assist with drug purchasing and procurement by liaising with suppliers.
• Manage and monitor medication and pharmacy inventory across assigned clinics.
• Conduct regular stock checks and monthly stock takes to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Assist the pharmacist with pharmacy documentation and administrative tasks.
• Perform cashiering and payment-related duties when required.
• Maintain the pharmacy and work areas in a clean, organised and safe condition.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and management of medications and supplies.
• Provide courteous and professional service to patients and caregivers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacist or clinic management.

• Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm; Alternate Sat. 8:30am to 1pm

• Work Locations:Farrer Park, Novena and Orchard
  You are required to rotate between clinics according to the duty roster.
