Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support daily operations across our clinics.

You will assist pharmacists with dispensing, maintain records, and ensure medication storage and hygiene standards in a busy retail pharmacy environment. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience, is willing to learn chemotherapy compounding, and can rotate across clinics per the duty roster.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience.
Willingness to learn chemotherapy compounding.
Able to rotate across different clinics based on the duty roster.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily pharmacy operations and dispensing activities.
Prepare and handle medications according to established procedures and safety standards.
Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and other pharmacy-related duties.
Maintain accurate records and proper documentation.
Ensure medications and pharmacy supplies are properly stored and organised.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pharmacy and work areas.
Be willing to learn and assist with chemotherapy compounding.
Rotate across the company's clinics according to the duty roster.
Communicate with patients and provide assistance when required.
Perform other pharmacy-related duties as assigned.
