Job summary

• Dispense medications per department policies and SOPs.
• Perform picking, packing, labelling and preparation of medications.
• Provide professional and courteous service to patients and customers.
• Perform billing and payment-related functions where required.
• Ensure pharmacy work areas are clean, organized and operationally ready.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment and receiving of goods; ward stock top-ups.
• Conduct stock counts and stock takes with FEFO inventory practices.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and operational enhancement projects.
• Assist pharmacists in maintaining smooth pharmacy operations and service delivery.
