Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to manage inventory, coordinate procurement, and handle quotations and orders.

The role involves ensuring accurate stock records, timely deliveries, and efficient processing of supplier and customer documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science with at least three years of Pharmacy Technician experience and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory and record supplier invoices.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain stock records using inventory management systems.
• Coordinate local and international procurement of therapeutic products and medical devices.
• Prepare quotations by liaising with suppliers and submitting to customers.
• Process orders, issue invoices and delivery orders, and pack goods for delivery.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and monitor delivery schedules.

• Managed incoming and outgoing inventory, including recording supplier invoices, monitoring stock levels and product expiry dates, and coordinating reorders, exchanges, and inventory adjustments.


• Conducted monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.


• Utilised inventory management systems and databases to maintain accurate stock records.


• Coordinated local and international procurement of therapeutic products, medical devices, and consumables.


• Followed up on quotation requests from local and overseas customers.


• Prepared and processed quotations by liaising with suppliers to obtain relevant information, preparing markup tables, and submitting final quotations to customers.


• Processed customer and supplier orders by preparing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders, as well as packing and preparing goods for delivery.


• Coordinated shipment arrangements and monitored delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment.
