• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve feedback to ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Operate cashier systems efficiently to process customer transactions accurately.
• Conduct stock taking and monitor inventory levels to support stock control and replenishment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations and team goals.
