Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on operations staff to support pharmacy workflows, packing medications, stocking supplies and maintaining orderly storerooms. This is a non-patient-facing role focused on operations, inventory control and day-to-day store activities.

You will pick and pack medicines, replenish bins, receive stock from vendors and ensure safe handling while following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to follow established processes, especially with medication and inventory.
• Hands-on role in healthcare/pharmacy environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive packing, sorting and stock replenishment.
• Standing or sitting for extended periods as required by workstation.
• Lifts up to 10 kg with trolley support available.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack medications accurately according to labels and procedures.
• Prepare medicines for dispensing by packing into ziplock bags and pre-packing activities.
• Replenish medication bins and top up stocks to maintain inventory levels.
• Receive incoming stocks and assist with checking, sorting and organizing supplies.
• Support day-to-day inventory and storekeeping activities to keep area organized and safe.
