Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE. LTD. is hiring for a retail/pharmacy role in the West of Singapore.

The incumbent will ensure the store opens punctually, handle daily cash and payments, upsell weekly specials, and maintain accurate sales records in SAP. You will monitor stock levels, support goods receipts, and assist with store workflows and staff orientation. The position emphasizes 5.5-day workweek, medical benefits, and performance/variable bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum possess GCE N Level and above.
• Retail / Customer Service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Open store punctually and ensure computer systems are ready.
• Upsell weekly specials and practice add-ons.
• Handle payments and cash flow in the pharmacy.
• Maintain daily sales records and data entry into SAP.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish stocks in the pharmacy.
• Perform goods receipts and handle inter-branch transfers and error reports.
• Assist in filing retail documents in an organized manner.
• Coach and orientate new staff on retail workflows and pharmacy activities.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
