Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy Stock Assistant to support stock receiving, checking medications, and preparing orders for delivery at Clementi. The role involves labeling, repacking, replenishing storage locations and assisting with inventory counts.

You will work Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm with a half-day Saturday, and be paid $12 per hour (no CPF). Training and cross-functional support may be provided to ensure safe, timely, and accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Support stock receiving and checking of medications
• Pick, pack and label medications to fulfil delivery orders
• Repack medications e.g. unboxing, bundling or pre-packing in required quantities
• Replenish medications to storage locations
• Support counting of inventory during stock takes or cycle counts
• Account for delivery orders and assist to handover to courier
• Order and top-up pharmacy consumables e.g. ziploc bags to facilitate operations
• Adhere to company or department requirements, procedures and standards
• Ensure that right medications are delivered to right patients in a safe, timely and quality manner
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, such as cross functional support etc
