Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Stock Assistant in Singapore for a 6-month contract. The role involves receiving, checking, and stocking medication, packaging for delivery, and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries.

You will help with inventories and assist couriers, maintaining a tidy work area and supporting extra duties as needed. The position requires meticulous stock handling, reliability, and willingness to work Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Must be meticulous and able to handle medication stocks accurately.
• Responsible and able to commit to the full 6-month contract.
• Comfortable with hands-on pharmacy and stock-handling duties.
• Able to work every Saturday morning.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming medication stocks.
• Pick, pack and label medications for delivery orders.
• Repack medications through unboxing, bundling and pre-packing.
• Replenish medications at designated storage locations.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory counting.
• Prepare delivery orders and hand over items to couriers.
• Monitor and replenish pharmacy consumables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
• Ensure medications are delivered accurately, safely and on time.
• Support other ad-hoc operational duties when required.
