Job summary

JurongHealth Campus invites applications for a frontline retail associate. The role focuses on store management, stock control, and delivering friendly patient-centred service within our hospital precincts.

You will handle merchandise orders, cash transactions, and assist patients and visitors with a warm, efficient experience. Prior retail exposure is preferred; training will be provided to ensure accurate billing and stock checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec in any discipline.
• Experience in Retail Setting.

• Manage the store, order stocks, ensure stocks are delivered, do cycle count and check expiry date.
• Serve patients and customers with optimum customer service.
