Pharmacy Assistant (Projects) - Contract at Singapore General Hospital
Overview
The Pharmacy Assistant (Projects) is responsible for the efficient management and smooth operations of digital education/training project(s) in the Department. The role supports the team with project management tasks, IRB applications, liaison with partners and stakeholders (e.g., collaborators, vendors, grant committees), study design and development, conducting of study, analysis, report/publication writing and conference presentations. The incumbent works under the Principal Investigator (PI) and/or co-investigators (co-Is) to provide prompt, efficient and quality work related to the projects they manage.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project management and coordination of digital education/training project(s) in the department.
- Support IRB applications and liaise with partners and stakeholders (e.g., collaborators, vendors, grant committees).
- Contribute to study design and development, conduct studies, perform analyses, and assist with reporting/publication writing and conference presentations.
- Collaborate with the PI and co-investigators to deliver timely, efficient, and quality project work.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with pass in English and Mathematics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and media design/editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Able to commit at least 8 hours per week for at least 6 months
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Healthcare/Pharmacy/Social work and/or Media Design & Development (including video editing) will be an advantage
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
