Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre invites applications for a Pharmacy Assistant (Projects). You will help manage digital education/training projects in the Department under the PI and co-investigators, assisting with project management, IRB applications, partner liaison, study design and data collection.

You should have a minimum GCE O-Level with English and Maths, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, and be able to commit 8 hours a week for at least 6 months; good written and

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with pass in English and Mathematics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Media Design and Editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
• Able to commit at least 8 hours a week for at least 6 months.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Healthcare/ Pharmacy/ Social work and/or Media Design & Development (including video editing) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the digital education/training project operations in the Department.
• Assist the team with project management and IRB applications.
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders (collaborators, vendors, grant committees).
• Assist with study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare conference presentations and manuscripts under PI/Co-investigators guidance.

Pharmacy Assistant (Projects)

The Pharmacy Assistant (Projects) is responsible for the efficient management and smooth operations of digital education/training project(s) in the Department. Responsibilities include helping/assisting the team with project management, IRB applications, liaison with partners and stakeholders (e.g. collaborators, vendors, grant committees), study design and development, conducting of study, analysis, report/publication writing and conference presentations. He/she works under the Principal Investigator (PI) and/or co-investigator(s) (co-Is) to provide prompt, efficient and quality work in relation to the project(s) that he/she manages.

Requirements
