Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent recognised by Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and active practice status.
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Pharmacist.
• Quality Assurance experience in GMP/GDP environments is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; teamwork.
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee company product operations within central warehouse for distribution to public healthcare institutions.
• Act as designated Responsible Person for Wholesale Licence; coordinate CD-related operational matters and audits.
• Ensure product is received, stored, verified, distributed and disposed of per procedures/regulatory standards.
• Perform AP or DAP duties for final release of repacked therapeutic products.
• Support GMP activities and secondary assembly.
• Monitor environmental conditions and follow up on excursions.
• Maintain quality records for equipment calibration, temperature mapping, pest management and cleaning.
