Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking a Pharmacist to oversee central warehouse operations for therapeutic products in Singapore. You will ensure proper receiving, storage, verification, distribution and disposal in line with GMP/GDP standards.

You will serve as the Responsible Person for the Wholesale Licence, coordinate audits, training, investigations, and quality records, and support registrations and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Must hold full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and active practice status.
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Pharmacist.
• GMP/GDP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product operations in the central warehouse for therapeutic products.
• Act as Authorized Person/Delegated AP for final release of repacked products.
• Support GMP activities and monitor environmental conditions and quality records.
• Develop training materials and conduct onboarding for staff.
• Assist investigations, non-conformances, and root-cause analyses.
• Contribute to audits, SOP reviews, and continuous quality improvement.
• Support regulatory registrations and sustainability initiatives.
