Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore seeks a pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care in inpatient and outpatient settings. On a daily basis, you will review patients’ prescriptions and medication charts for drug appropriateness and perform interventions on drug-related problems.

You will dispense medications and explain indications and side effects, as well as provide drug information to healthcare professionals. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology, eligibility for Singapore

Where applicable, you will recommend and monitor patient-specific drug therapy. You will dispense medications to patients, explaining the indications and side effects for drug therapy and instructions for administration. Where needed, you will provide drug information to other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent
• Eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
