Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a pharmacist for outpatient services in Singapore. You will dispense medications accurately, educate patients and caregivers, and perform medication reviews to optimize therapy.

The role requires registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and 3–8 years of clinical practice experience. You may contribute to education and quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent).
• Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Clinical practice experience of 3–8 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and accurate medication dispensing and comprehensive education to patients and caregivers.
• Perform medication reviews and interventions to resolve drug-related problems with therapeutic recommendations for safe, cost-effective therapy.
• Assist in supervising pharmacy technicians/assistants in outpatient pharmacy.
• Assist in clinical education of students, trainees, and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in research and quality improvement activities with relevant stakeholders.
