Job summary

KHOO TECK PUAT HOSPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care in inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will review prescriptions, intervene on drug-related problems, and monitor patient-specific therapy, while dispensing medications and advising patients on indications, side effects, and administration. You will also share drug information with other healthcare professionals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology and eligibility for

Responsibilities

• Review patients' prescriptions and medication charts for appropriateness of drugs prescribed and perform interventions on drug-related problems.
