Job summary

AbbVie in Singapore offers the Attach & Train Programme for Pharmaceutical Technologists, a 15-month on-the-job training within our API Manufacturing team. You will learn hands-on batch operations and work under strict quality standards to ensure a safe, reliable medicine supply.

Eligibility requires Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents; fresh graduates are welcome. Exposure to DeltaV and MES is valued, with 12-hour rotating shifts. Training site: Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Science; fresh graduates welcome.
• Exposure to DeltaV DCS and MES is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute batch manufacturing instructions with adherence to procedures.
• Perform key API unit operations (charging, transfer, filtration, drying, pack-off) with minimal supervision.
• Verify batch recipes and docs; support GMP/GDP compliance.
• Deliver tasks on time; manage scheduling and escalate risks.
