Job summary

Organon LLC in Singapore seeks a dynamic Sales Specialist to promote cardiovascular and women’s health products to health care professionals in a scientific and compliant manner.

You will drive demand, manage inquiries, and coordinate between customers, Organon, and distributors to ensure contracts and deliveries meet targets. A driven team player with one year of pharma sales experience will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of pharmaceuticals or related sales experience is required.
• Experience in Cardiovascular, Metabolic or Women’s Health is an advantage.
• Valid driving license and car availability are assumed.
• Local Singaporean/PR is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote Organon’s Cardiovascular and Women’s Health products to health care professionals in a scientific and compliant manner.
• Execute promotion activities to reinforce messages, increase brand awareness and address customer queries.
• Generate demand and ensure orders to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate between Customer-Organon-Distributor for contracts, stocking and deliveries.
• Monitor account sales and share feedback with Sales Manager.
• Identify new business opportunities in Private Medical Centre & GP Clinics.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Deliver presentations tailored to HCP needs.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Promote Organon’s Cardiovascular and Women’s health products to relevant health care professionals in a scientific and compliant manner
• Execute promotion activities to reinforce promotional messages, increase brand awareness and address customer queries.
• Generate demand, ensure order generation to achieve assigned sales targets
• Ensure coordination between Customer-Organon-Distributor to ensure contracts are in place, appropriate stocking and deliveries.
• Monitor account sales and share regular feedback with Sales Manager
• Implement and monitor trade / discount and other programs as required by country commercial team.
• Identify new business opportunities in Private Medical Centre & GP Clinics.
• Develop and establish strong working relationships with our customers and business partners.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the HCPs needs.
• Good Communication and Organizational skills Required Education, Experience and Skills Passion and drive for sales and for bringing healthcare solutions for patients Degree / Diploma in in biology / pharmaceutical / related sciences is highly preferred Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceuticals / related sales experience Experience in Cardiovascular / Metabolic / Women’s Health is an advantage.
