Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Job summary

Organon in Singapore seeks a field-based Sales Executive to promote Cardiovascular and Women’s Health products to healthcare professionals in a scientific and compliant manner. You will generate demand, support orders, and help hit sales targets while coordinating with distributors to ensure contracts, stock and deliveries are in place.

Role requires a valid driving license and car, and you must be a local Singaporean/PR with 1+ year pharma sales experience.

Qualifications

• Passion and drive for sales and for bringing healthcare solutions for patients.
• Degree / Diploma in biology / pharmaceutical / related sciences is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceuticals / related sales experience.
• Experience in Cardiovascular / Metabolic / Women’s Health is an advantage.
• Strong team player and willingness to learn.
• Should have a valid license and car at disposal.
• Local Singaporean/PR

Responsibilities

• Promote Organon’s Cardiovascular and Women’s health products to relevant health care professionals in a scientific and compliant manner.
• Execute promotion activities to reinforce promotional messages, increase brand awareness and address customer queries.
• Generate demand, ensure order generation to achieve assigned sales targets
• Ensure coordination between Customer-Organon-Distributor to ensure contracts are in place, appropriate stocking and deliveries.
• Monitor account sales and share regular feedback with Sales Manager
• Implement and monitor trade / discount and other programs as required by country commercial team.
• Identify new business opportunities in Private Medical Centre & GP Clinics.
• Develop and establish strong working relationships with our customers and business partners.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the HCPs needs.
• Good Communication and Organizational skills
