Job summary

COALESCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Utilities Engineer to support manufacturing operations within a leading biopharmaceutical facility.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient utility systems and to manage routine engineering activities. Key duties include acting as system owner for assigned utilities, coordinating maintenance, driving CAPA and change controls, and pushing for ongoing reliability improvements while ensuring GMP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience as a system owner/process owner for utilities equipment preferred.
• Strong vendor management, process and manufacturing, and equipment lifecycle management experience.
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the system owner for assigned utility systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
• Manage day-to-day utility system performance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support routine operations, maintenance coordination, and lifecycle management of utility assets.
• Ensure utility systems operate in compliance with GMP, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues.
• Lead or participate in change controls, deviation investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and system improvements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on utility-related projects and operational activities.
• Monitor system performance metrics and drive reliability and efficiency improvements.
• Support project execution and implementation activities where required.
