Job summary

Affluent Software Innovations Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced IT SAP Business Analyst to support SAP PP, QM, and SOTC processes in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role interfaces with business, SAP teams, and partners to translate needs into SAP requirements and deliverables.

Responsibilities include process design, URS creation, RTMs, and end-to-end UAT scenarios, with emphasis on traceability and validation within a governed data framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology and transformation initiatives.
• Strong SAP implementation experience across PP, QM, and SOTC modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
• Experience creating URS, RTMs, functional specs, fit-gap analyses, and UAT docs.
• Understand requirements management, traceability, testing, and validation in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand site processes and technology needs.
• Develop end-to-end process flows for the site, organized by SAP module.
• Lead and support SAP module-level URS development.
• Facilitate requirements, process-design, and solution workshops.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into solution documentation.
