About the Role

We are hiring an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of SAP consulting experience to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation program.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manufacturing and quality processes, along with hands‑on experience in delivering end‑to‑end SAP implementations in global environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP PP & QM implementations (Greenfield, Brownfield, and Rollouts)
• Conduct business requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and solution design workshops
• Configure and implement SAP functionalities across:
  • PP: BOM, Routing, Work Centers, MRP, Production Orders
  • QM: Inspection Plans, Quality Notifications, Usage Decisions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Ensure integration with MM, SD, EWM, and other modules
• Support data migration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and cutover activities
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (ABAP, Integration, Basis)
• Provide go‑live support and hyper‑care assistance
• Engage with stakeholders and provide subject‑matter expertise to business users

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree/Diploma in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, primarily in PP and QM modules
• Proven experience in 3+ full‑cycle SAP implementation projects
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA and local work experience in Singapore.
• Ability to lead workshops and interact with senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification in PP / QM / S/4HANA Manufacturing
• Experience with PP‑DS (Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling)
• Good understanding of other SAP modules and integrations.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications
• Experience integrating with MES or third‑party systems
• Familiarity with SAP Activate / Agile methodology

Preferred Skillsets

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in distributed/global delivery environments as when needed
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities will be preferred
