Job summary

Affluent Software Innovations Pte Ltd in Singapore invites an experienced IT SAP EWM Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of SAP-enabled warehouse processes within a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, mapping processes, URS, RTM, UAT, and coordinating with internal teams, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure traceability from design to deployment. This is an onsite 2-year contract starting Aug 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5-8 years of BA experience enabling tech-driven change.
• Strong SAP EWM implementation knowledge.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
• Experience in regulated environments and with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to map warehouse processes and requirements.
• Develop end-to-end warehouse process maps and documentation.
• Lead URS development and SAP EWM design workshops.
• Define EWM delivery framework aligned to standards.
• Create user stories, BRD/RTM, and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT scenarios, test scripts, and data.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure traceability.

Affluent Software Innovations Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT SAP EWM Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of SAP-enabled warehouse processes within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand warehouse processes, operational requirements, and improvement opportunities.
• Developed-to-end warehouse process maps and business process documentation.
• Lead and support the preparation of the SAP EWM User Requirements Specification(URS) .
• Establish the EWM requirements and delivery framework based on existing project and site standards.
• Facilitate and co-lead requirement-gathering, design, and solution workshops.
• Develop user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) .
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and document identified gaps, decisions, and required actions.
• Contribute to SAP EWM integration design discussions and documentation.
• Support the development and review of functional and design specifications.
• Contribute to risk and impact assessments for proposed system and process changes.
• Support initial master-data preparation and loading activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Data Governance Plan .
• Lead the development of end-to-end UAT scenarios, test scripts, and test data with business users.
• Track and resolve open actions associated with Business Analyst deliverables.
• Support project documentation, including PIA, BIA, TIA, RID, fit-gap analysis, and related project-phase deliverables.
• Work closely with internal technology teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure requirements remain traceable through design, testing, validation, and implementation.

Qualifications& Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Systems , or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology-enabled business change.
• Strong SAP EWM implementation experience and functional knowledge .
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and SAP-enabled warehouse operations.
• Experience developing URS, user stories, RTMs, fit-gap assessments, functional specifications, and UAT documentation .
• Experience working in a regulated environment .
• Experience working with implementation partners and third-party vendors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to independently manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.

Preferred Experience

• Formal Business Analysis certification .
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience working within a global organization.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industries.

IDEAL Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experienced SAP EWM Business Analyst with strong functional knowledge of warehouse processes and proven experience supporting SAP EWM implementation and technology-enabled business transformation.

The candidate should be comfortable working onsite with business, warehouse, IT, quality, and implementation teams, and should demonstrate strong capabilities in requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, functional documentation, UAT, stakeholder management, and end-to-end requirements traceability .
