Job summary

Affluent Software Innovations Pte Ltd is seeking an IT OIP Business Analyst to support data integration and operational information platforms in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. The role focuses on requirements, data flows, and UAT preparation.

You will engage with stakeholders, document end-to-end data flows, and lead integration workshops, ensuring traceability from requirements to implementation in a contract engagement.

Qualifications

• Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or Data Systems.
• 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience in technology or data integration.
• Experience documenting data flows, URS, RTMs, functional specs, and UAT deliverables.
• Experience in regulated environments and working with partners or vendors.
• Understanding of requirements management, traceability, testing, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand data and integration needs.
• Develop end-to-end data-flow documentation for OIP integrations.
• Lead and support URS development and requirements specifications.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering, data-flow, architecture, and integration workshops.
• Identify functional and technical requirements and translate into design inputs.
• Prepare and maintain the RTM and support traceability across deliverables.
• Participate in integration architecture and technical-design discussions.
• Contribute to risk and impact assessments and project documentation.
