Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales/BD coordinator to support growth, handle inquiries, quotations, orders, and logistics. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and manage customer relationships across local and overseas markets.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating across departments. Prior experience in sales, export, or e-commerce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, export, contract manufacturing or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales growth and business development activities.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders and follow-ups.
• Manage customer requirements, export shipments and logistics arrangements.
• Maintain e-commerce platforms, product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Support local and overseas customers on sales, documentation and shipping matters; Prepare sales reports, forecasts and updates.
